I felt really Hi-Lo today. Dragonboat training at noon was tough... I couldn't run with the team yet again coz i sucked. 2-3km at a pace faster than my 2.4 is simply shagging. Breathlessness grabs my lungs so tight, depriving it from letting any oxygen enter my bloodstream, resulting in loss of speed and power. The numbness was overwhelming and I had to slow down... After the Run, it was like a ton of rock on my legs. I fall off balance every few steps. ARGH~ I didnt get to go out to sea, coz my food was tumbling within my stomach, ready to come out anytime. Weak...I curse my wretched body for not functioning the way I expected of it. Spent close to 3 hours on land, alone. A feel really pariah-lised coz I am so nooby...until to two senior seniors can back. LOL they too, wanted to go rowing. At least it wasn't that bad after they began talking about random stuff like they saw this guy with the NEH JI ring. Tattoos that look like you're wearing another shirt. a.k.a micheal scotfield-like. and Chio Bus from canada. And we saw this Caucasian that got really tanned. He was red all over they joked about him eating too much chilli, the redness didn't wear off after like a 2 hr timespan?
after the long grueling wait, we had "uniform" inspection. Punishment came up to 70 push ups. I AM SO WEEAAAKKK.. I did like 50 and my ARMS WERE LIKE JACK HAMMERS, TREMBLING EARTHQUAKE~~!!! fell to my knees countless times....I AM SO WEEAAAKKK.. I DON"T EVEN DESERVE TO BE A GIRL>~>~>~>~
