Just Screw it~!!!
I fell sick today, thus I couldn't go to school... Sorry I had to skip DB training yesterday... I wonder what people will think of me. A weakling, maybe? How to survive initiation like that.
Anyway, yesterday was the PW Live! festival. Went through it unwillingly, found out that I was a turtle. Shucks~! This will mean that whoever is in my group will die. So pray hard you don't get me ppl...
Truth to be told, I am a turtle(avoiding), an owl(collaborating) and a fox(compromising), which speaks alot about me. my scores were 31, 29 and 28 respectively, which means that my personality is quite screwed up. 2 extreme ends that conflict each other. So about them:
The Turtle
-gives up personal goals and relationship.
-believes it is hopeless to try to resolve conflicts.
-believes it is easier to withdraw from a conflict than to face it.
The Owl
-values highly goals and relationships
-views conflicts as problems to be solved and seeks a solution that achieves both his goals and the goals of the other person in a conflict.
-maintains the relationship by seeking new solutions that satisfy both himself and the other person.
-is not satisfied until a solution is found that achieves his own goal and the other person's goal.
The Fox
-is moderately concerned... Argh u get the idea.
All that was mentioned was clearly in play during the 1st month of this year. My previous posts can serve as evidence. The way I gave up appealing to other JCs despite the fact that I worked so hard to get to that point. The way I gave up after being rejected by NYAEP. The way I gave up on everything else including my goals and relationships, proved that I was clearly a turtle.
Shame on me. Well, I'm just barely living with it, and I hope we can come to a compromise...
